The 2026 Spring Season is approaching!

We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.

Effective communication is essential for a successful league experience for all. Throughout this season, emails and texts will be sent containing important information. To ensure you receive these messages, please add us to your safe sender's list and check your filters to confirm that messages are not directed to junk mail, spam, or clutter.

2026 IMPORTANT DATES FOR DEVELOPMENTAL & ELITE LEAGUES:

JANUARY 4: Spring season registration opens.

FEBRUARY 8: Spring season registration closes today, and this is the last chance to register for a spot on a team. Some locations may already be at capacity. If you are placed on the waitlist, you will be contacted via email if an opening becomes available.

FEBRUARY 9 - MARCH 14: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules, and more during this time.

MARCH 15: All rosters and schedules will be posted and sent out to families via email.

MARCH 26: Mandatory Virtual Coaches Meeting for all volunteers at all league locations. Assigned volunteers will receive a Volunteer Coach shirt at Meet and Greet. The Head Coach will also receive a football for their team.

MARCH 29: Meet and Greet Day: Teams will meet their coaches and participate in their first practice. Please bring your mouthguard! 

APRIL 5: Blackout Date - No practices or games (Easter Holiday)

APRIL 12: 1st Day of Games: Practice will take place 1 hour before the scheduled game time each week.

MAY 17: Final Day of Games. The final Lombardi and Shula games will take place along with the Madden Playoff/Championships. Game times for all divisions will be determined after Game #5 once standings are finalized. 

MAY 24: Blackout Date - No practices or games (Memorial Day Weekend)

MAY 31: Makeup date, if necessary. Please note that the Hollywood/Cooper City league will not offer a makeup date for the Spring season due to the park's closure starting on May 24.

MAY 10: Final Day of Practice. Last weekly session of the season. Participants will receive their award for completing the program.

MAY 17: Makeup date, if necessary.

Please note: Schedules for each league are subject to change based on factors such as field availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any updates or changes will be communicated promptly, so please check the schedule regularly for the most current information.

• • Jerseys, flag belts, and a mouthguard must be worn each week. Jerseys and flags, along with any additional merchandise ordered during registration, will be distributed during the Meet and Greet. A mouthguard is required for participation—bring your own or purchase one at the Game Day Tent starting at $5, multiple styles available. 

• • Shorts or sweatpants without pockets should be worn for practices and games. If a participant wears shorts or pants with pockets, the pockets must be taped down to prevent hands or fingers from getting caught when pulling flags. Games will not be delayed for a player to tape their pockets.

• • Participants may wear any type of plastic-molded cleats, athletic shoes, or sneakers. No metal cleats allowed. 

• • Players must remove all jewelry and hats. Headbands or winter beanies are allowed.

• • Players may wear soft shell helmets, halos and sunglasses but they must be secured at all times while on the field. Prescription glasses are permitted without a strap. 

• • Players may tape their forearms, hands and fingers. Players may wear gloves, elbow pads and knee pads. Braces with exposed metals are not allowed.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PLAYER'S REGISTRATION AFTER IT'S BEEN SUBMITTED?
Changes to registration may be possible, depending on availability and timing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD LETTERING TO MY CHILD'S JERSEY?
Jersey lettering may still be available depending on the timing of your registration and order processing. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to inquire about adding lettering to your player's jersey.


WE RECENTLY COMPLETED REGISTRATION BUT NOTICED THAT THE ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE OPTIONS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS?
Once registration is complete, optional merchandise cannot be added to the initial order. However, families are welcome to visit our NFL Flag Fan Shop at any time to show their team spirit or purchase official NFL Flag gear! Don't forget to use the code DolphinsFlag to save on your order!


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CHILD'S ROSTER?
The roster for your child's team will be sent out the week following the registration deadline, once teams have been formed. Please note that no changes can be made once the rosters are finalized and equipment has been ordered.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT?
Jerseys and flags, along with any additional merchandise ordered during registration, will be distributed during the Meet and Greet. Players are required to wear a mouthguard for every practice and game. Additional mouthguards and flag belts will be available for purchase at the field each week.


WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
Our mandatory coaches meeting will be held before the season begins. You should hear from your child's coach the week prior to the season's Meet and Greet.


WILL TOUCHDOWN FOR TOTS PARTICIPANTS PLAY ANY GAMES?
No, Touchdown for Tots participants do not have any scheduled games. The program is a 1-hour commitment per week for 6 weeks. Towards the end of the program, participants will have scrimmages during their weekly session as a fun way to apply the skills they've learned.


CAN I REQUEST A REFUND IF MY CHILD CAN NO LONGER PARTICIPATE?
