The 2026 Fall Season of Dolphins Flag Football kicks off Sunday, September 20th!

Open to boys and girls ages 4–14, our league provides a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where players can learn football fundamentals, build confidence, and develop their skills through NFL FLAG’s no-contact 5v5 format.

Teams meet once per week on Sundays for approximately two hours, with one hour of practice followed by games each week.
The 7-week season includes 7 practices and 6 games and takes place in Boca Raton, Hollywood/Cooper City, Palm City/Stuart, and Wellington/West Palm Beach.

Registration includes a reversible NFL FLAG jersey and official flag belt for players to keep. 
Our league relies on parent volunteers to help coach teams each season. No prior coaching experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help create a fun and encouraging experience for the players.

League divisions include:
• Touchdown for Tots (Ages 4–5): Introductory program focused on learning the basics of flag football.
• Recreational: Great for players developing skills and enjoying a fun team environment.
• Competitive: Higher-level competition for experienced players in the 10U, 12U, and 14U divisions.
