The 2025 Fall Season of Dolphins Flag Football kicks off on Sunday, September 7th!

Our league offers a range of programs designed for different ages and skill levels, creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where players can develop and build confidence.

Touchdown for Tots is a fun and beginner-friendly flag football program designed for boys and girls ages 4–5. This co-ed league features six weekly sessions focused on warm-ups, skill-building drills, and engaging mini-games—all held during one-hour practices on Sunday mornings. There are no formal games or tryouts, making it the perfect introduction to football in a supportive and playful environment where everyone is welcome to participate.

Practices will take place on Sundays between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with each session lasting one hour to ensure a convenient and enjoyable experience for all participants. The full program schedule will be released 1 to 2 weeks prior to the season start. Please note that practice times may vary slightly from week to week, and minor adjustments may occur after the initial schedule is posted.

Each Touchdown for Tots participant will receive an official NFL FLAG Tots T-shirt and flag belt to keep. All players are required to wear a mouthguard and shorts or pants with no pockets for safety during each session. T-shirts, belts, and any additional merchandise ordered during registration will be distributed at the first practice. Please note, a $12.99 shipping fee will be added to each registration.

At the end of the season, every participant will receive an individual participation award to celebrate their efforts and growth!

Touchdown for Tots relies on the support of volunteer parents to help lead our teams. Each team may have up to three volunteers, and we welcome all interested parents to sign up during registration. Available roles include Head Coach and Assistant Coach—no prior coaching experience is required. Volunteers will receive access to the NFL FLAG Tots Handbook and other helpful resources to guide them through each week’s activities. All volunteers must complete a background check and will be assigned to teams on a first-come, first-served basis once all requirements are met.

To ensure maximum playing time, we aim to keep teams to 10-12 players. This program is perfect for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football, as well as for those looking to improve their skills before moving on to the Elite Leagues or tackle football. There are no tryouts required—everyone is welcome to participate!

Our Developmental League relies on volunteer parents to coach our teams! Each team will be assigned up to 3 volunteers. We encourage all parents who are interested in volunteering to sign up during the registration process. Available positions include Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team Manager. No prior experience is necessary. We will provide various resources, along with a comprehensive meeting for coaches, to ensure that all volunteers have a fun and successful season!
