Season Overview

The 2026 Spring Season of Dolphins Flag Football kicks off on Sunday, March 29th!

Our league offers a range of programs designed for different ages and skill levels, creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where players can develop and build confidence.

2026 Spring Season Dolphins Flag Football League Options

🔹 Touchdown for Tots (Ages 4–5): A fun and engaging introduction to flag football for our youngest athletes.

- Designed to spark a love for the game through playful drills and movement.
- Focuses on building coordination, listening skills, and confidence.
- No games—just 6 weekly sessions full of learning, developing, and fun.
🔹 Developmental League (Ages 4–14): Perfect for beginners learning the game!

- Co-ed, non-contact, 5v5
- Teams of 8-12 players (depending on enrollment)
- 7 practices & 6 games (Sundays only)
- Focus on fundamentals, teamwork, & fun
🔹 Elite League (Ages 6-14): For experienced players seeking more competition.

- Co-ed, non-contact, 5v5
- Teams of 8-12 players, up to 15 allowed (depending on enrollment)
- 7 practices & 6 games (Sundays only)
- Extras: coach-submitted preferred rosters, optional extra practices, and playoffs for 8U and up.

• Registration: January 4 - February 15 (extended)*
• Meet & Greet/First Session: Sunday, March 29
• Season End: Sunday, May 10
• Makeup Date: Sunday, May 17 (if needed due to weather or field conflicts)
Developmental & Elite Leagues (7-Week Season)
• Registration: January 4 - February 15 (extended)*
• Meet & Greet/Practice Only: Sunday, March 29
• First Game: Sunday, April 12
• Season End: Sunday, May 17
• Makeup Date: Sunday, May 31 (if needed due to weather or field conflicts)
