Welcome to Dolphins Flag Football League (“DFFL”), operated by Flag Universal, Inc. (“DFFL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, registration services, and participation in our programs.
By accessing our website, registering a participant, submitting information through our registration system, or selecting “I Agree,” “I Consent,” or any similar acknowledgment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable league policies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register for or participate in DFFL programs.
Program Participation
Dolphins Flag Football League provides youth recreational flag football programs designed to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, confidence, and positive character development.
Participation is subject to:
Age and division eligibility requirements
Registration availability
League rules and policies
Participant conduct requirements
Safety requirements
Applicable waivers and agreements
DFFL reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, divisions, team assignments, and program details when necessary to operate the league effectively.
Registration Requirements
Parents or legal guardians must complete registration on behalf of participants under the age of 18.
By registering a participant, the parent or legal guardian confirms:
All information provided is accurate and complete.
They have authority to register the participant.
They have reviewed and accepted all required policies and agreements.
The participant meets applicable age and division requirements.
DFFL reserves the right to request documentation verifying age, grade, school enrollment, or eligibility requirements.
Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in removal from the program without refund or credit, as outlined in the Falsifying Information Policy.
Website Use
The DFFL website is provided for informational, registration, and communication purposes.
Users agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with website operation or security
Submit inaccurate information
Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the website
Copy, distribute, or misuse website content without permission
DFFL reserves the right to restrict access or take appropriate action against users who violate these Terms.
Account & Registration Information
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting any account credentials associated with registration platforms.
DFFL is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by failure to maintain account security.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing registration details, payment information, and communications associated with their account.
Payments & Registration Fees
Registration fees, deposits, payment plans, discounts, and applicable fees are displayed during the registration process.
By completing registration, you authorize DFFL and its approved payment providers to process applicable charges.
Registration fees support league operations, including:
Equipment and uniforms
Field expenses
Officials
Technology platforms
Administrative services
League operations
Refunds, credits, and cancellation terms are governed by the separate DFFL Refund Policy and Force Majeure Cancellation Policy.
Participant Safety & Liability Waiver
Participation in flag football involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Falls
Collisions
Physical contact
Athletic injuries
Weather conditions
Equipment-related risks
Actions of other participants
By registering, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept the Participant Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
Medical Authorization
Parents and guardians authorize DFFL representatives to seek emergency medical care for a participant when necessary and when a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for all medical expenses resulting from participation.
Photo & Media Consent
Unless otherwise restricted through written notice, participation in DFFL activities may involve photography, video recording, livestreaming, or other media capture.
Parents and guardians acknowledge that images, videos, or recordings may be used for:
League promotion
Website content
Social media
Marketing materials
Public communications
No compensation will be provided for approved use of participant media.
Coaches, Volunteers & Staff
All coaches, volunteers, and staff must comply with DFFL volunteer requirements, including required screening, training, and league policies.
DFFL reserves the right to remove or restrict any volunteer or staff member who does not meet safety, conduct, or eligibility requirements.
Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike environment.
Conduct requirements are governed by the separate DFFL Parent Code of Conduct, Coach Code of Conduct, and applicable league policies.
Violations may result in disciplinary action, removal from events, suspension, or removal from the program.
Schedule & Program Changes
DFFL reserves the right to adjust:
Practice and game schedules
Field locations
Team assignments
Divisions
Program structure
Changes may occur due to registration numbers, weather, facility availability, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of DFFL’s control.
Third-Party Services
DFFL uses third-party providers to support league operations, including:
Registration systems
Payment processing
Communication platforms
Team management systems
Background screening services
Use of these services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, trademarks, images, and materials associated with DFFL are owned by or licensed to Flag Universal, Inc. and may not be copied, modified, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flag Universal, Inc., Dolphins Flag Football League, and their affiliates, employees, contractors, volunteers, coaches, officials, and representatives shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or participation in league activities.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any legal action related to these Terms shall be brought in a court located within the State of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
DFFL may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in league operations, legal requirements, or services.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
