Introductory Program

Touchdown for Tots

Touchdown for Tots is an engaging introductory flag football program for boys and girls, ages 4 to 5. This 6-week program takes place on Sunday mornings and focuses on teaching young athletes the basics.

Touchdown for Tots is specifically designed for our youngest athletes — a gentle introduction to organized sport that builds confidence, coordination, and a love for the game of football.

Participants will learn:

  • Basic rules of flag football
  • How to catch, throw, and run routes
  • Teamwork, sportsmanship, and listening skills
  • The fun of organized play in a safe, coach-supervised setting
Program Details Every team receives NFL-branded jerseys and equipment. All coaches complete yearly health & safety training and background checks.

Our Unified Division offers a distinctive opportunity to unite athletes with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team, promoting inclusion, teamwork, and mutual respect.

Inspired by the Special Olympics Unified Sports model, this program pairs athletes with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team to compete, practice, and grow together.

The program focuses on:

  • Inclusive, team-first flag football
  • Building genuine friendships across ability levels
  • Developing confidence, communication, and leadership
  • A safe and fully supportive coaching environment

Recreational League

The Dolphins Flag Football Recreational league welcomes boys and girls, ages 4–14. Each season includes 7 practices and 6 games, all held on Sundays.

Our Recreational Division is the heart of the Dolphins Flag Football League. Open to all skill levels, this division prioritizes fun, development, and community over competition.

What to expect each season:

  • 7 structured practice sessions led by trained coaches
  • 6 regular-season games played on Sunday mornings
  • NFL-branded jerseys & equipment provided
  • Locations in Boca Raton, Hollywood, Palm City/Stuart, and Wellington/WPB
  • Background-checked, certified coaching staff
Who Can Join? Boys and girls of all abilities and experience levels are welcome. No prior football experience required — we teach everything from the ground up.

The Dolphins Flag Football Competitive League welcomes boys and girls, ages 8–14 who wish to develop their skills and compete at a higher level. The league features non-contact, co-ed, 5v5 games on Sundays.

The Competitive Division is designed for athletes who want a higher-intensity experience with 7 practices and 6 competitive games scheduled on Sundays.
