Sports Thread Resources for Parents

Here are a few commonly asked questions and helpful resources to help families navigate Sports Thread for registration, team information, schedules, and the season.

Additional season information, including important updates and resources, is also available under your league’s Team Hub page.

  • You can check your player's roster to see who their coach is and reach out to them in the Sports Thread app.

    • Login to your parent/fan account on a web browser.

    • Click the account menu and choose "my athletes".

    • Click on your athletes profile, athletics and click the team and it will bring you to the roster on the website.

    You will be able to see the coach on that roster (if they have already been cleared and assigned). From here you can click on the coaches name and have the option to reach out to them directly.

    • Go to sportsthread.com on a web browser.

    • Login to your parent account.

    • Click the account menu and choose "my athletes".

    • Click on your athletes profile, athletics and click the team and it will bring you to the roster on the website.

      **Please note this can only be done on the website for now until the schedule is released**

    • Parents log in to the Sports Thread app

    • Tap on the “schedules” tab

    • Tap "all schedules"

    • Search/find their event.

      • Please note: schedules should appear under “my schedules” automatically if you have already registered for the event/season.

    • Select “Game Schedule” to view all games

    • Find the specific game/team and click into the game to see the rosters for both teams.

      • Families can filter to team and see who is all registered for that team.

    • Scroll down to see the coach and click on their profile and click to send a direct message.

    You will be able to see the coach on that roster (if they have already been cleared and assigned). From here you can click on the coach’s name and have the option to reach out to them directly.
