Each Sunday, all teams will have practice followed by a game.

• Practice: Begins 1 hour before the scheduled game time

• Game: Every team will play a game following practice each week.

• TOTS: TOTS players will have a 1-hour session at the time shown on the schedule. TOTS do not have games.

• What to Bring/Wear:

  • Team jersey

  • Flag belt

  • Mouthguard
