A $12.99 equipment and distribution fee is applied per player each season. This fee helps provide each athlete with high-quality NFL FLAG gear, including their official jersey and flag belt, as well as supports the packaging and distribution of equipment for the season.

A one-time $15 age verification fee is required when a player first joins the league. Once your athlete's age has been verified and approved, no additional age verification documents or fees will be required for future seasons.

First place Madden teams & Head Coach receive a Championship Ring.

Certain first-place teams in Dolphins Flag Football League may be eligible to receive support from the Miami Dolphins to participate in the South Florida NFL FLAG Regional Tournament. Eligibility, support, and tournament invitations are determined by the Miami Dolphins and NFL FLAG and may vary by season, division, and team performance.
